I live in Plano Texas, is a swimming pool acid wash good for my pool? |
In Richardson and Plano Texas a swimming pool can be acid washed every few years. This is done by draining the pool and applying a thin coat of acid to the plaster. This thin coat of acid removes the top layer of plaster revealing a whiter and newer layer underneath. This process is completed with the goal to remove excess calcuim and mineral buildup around the swimming pool permiter and on the pool floor. An acid wash, although a very safe procedure is done properly, can be quite an expensive process if you hire an unexperianced swimming pool acid wash company. |
